Be it low priced through DHL/Standard Parcel Post, more quickly via DHL Express (Germany only) or UPS, or especially reliable and secure by a specifically trained freight forwarder. Exchange or Refund

Please note that we do not offer refunds for digitally downloadable products. All sales are final once the purchase is completed. Since digital items cannot be returned or exchanged, we encourage customers to review product details carefully before completing a purchase.

If your download link doesn't work, please take a screenshot of the issue and contact our support team. Once we receive the screenshot, we will verify your purchase and promptly provide you with an updated download link.

For Digital Licenses

We offer a one-time exchange for digital license keys within 7 days of purchase in case of any issues. After this period, exchanges are no longer available. Please make sure to activate your license within the exchange window.
